📅 When is the Summer Club running?

Our next holiday club will run from Monday 4th August to Friday 15th August 2025, weekdays only (Monday–Friday), from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.

🕗 What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

  • Drop-off: Anytime after 8:50 AM

  • Pick-up: Anytime before 3:00 PM

    Early drop-off/late pick-up available: Please notify us in advance if you would like either option as no notice may result in additional fees.

👶 What ages do you cater to?

We welcome children aged 5 to 11 years old.

📍 Where is the camp located?

Our Summer programme takes place in the W3 Studios, W3 0FJ, with pop-up days in surrounding West London areas. Venue details will be confirmed after registration.

💷 How much does it cost?

We offer flexible pricing options:

  • Full 10-day Camp: £340 per child

  • 5-Day Weekly Pass: £170 per child

  • Single Day Pass: £35 per child

  • Early drop-off/late pick-up add-on: £10 per child, per day.
    Sibling discounts are available, please ask a member of staff.

💻 How do I book?

Bookings can be made through our website’s secure form. Simply:

  1. Choose your ticket option

  2. Complete payment to secure your place

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is submitted.

🧾 Do you accept childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare?

At this time, we are not registered to accept government childcare vouchers. We are working toward this for future camps.

🧒 What kind of activities will my child take part in?

Each day includes a mix of:

  • Arts & crafts (tie-dye, painting, clay work)

  • Movement & fitness (team games, dance, boxing, yoga)

  • Life skills (confidence workshops, cooking, budgeting games)

  • Nature play & outdoor exploration
    We also have themed days and surprise guest facilitators throughout the week!

🥪 Do you provide lunch or snacks?

We ask all parents to provide a nut-free packed lunch, a healthy snack, and a refillable water bottle each day.
We provide occasional treats during cooking workshops or themed events, with parent permission.

🤒 What happens if my child is unwell or gets injured?

  • If your child becomes ill during the day, we’ll contact you immediately to arrange pick-up.

  • Minor injuries (e.g., cuts, grazes) will be treated by a first-aid trained team member, and parents will be informed.

  • We ask that any child showing symptoms of contagious illness stays home for 48 hours or until fully recovered.

🧠 My child has additional needs, can they attend?

We’re an inclusive club and welcome children of all abilities.
Please share any medical, learning, or emotional needs on your registration form so we can put suitable support in place. One-to-one support is limited and may require prior discussion.

🎨 What should my child wear and bring?

We recommend:

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes

  • Trainers or sturdy shoes

  • A light jacket or waterproof if needed

  • A nut-free packed lunch and water bottle
    Please avoid sending valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost belongings.

📸 Will photos be taken?

Yes, with permission. We occasionally take photos and videos to capture the joy and creativity of our sessions.
You’ll be asked to opt-in or opt-out during the booking process. No names or personal details are shared.

🚫 Is there a behaviour policy?

Yes. We aim to create a kind, respectful environment where every child feels safe and included.
We do not tolerate bullying, aggression, or harmful behaviour. In cases where there are repeated issues, parents will be contacted to work together on a solution. In rare cases, this may result in removal from the club.

📄 Will I receive confirmation and updates after booking?

Absolutely. Once your booking and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • A Welcome Email with key information and what to expect

  • Reminders and updates before and during the camp

  • An end-of-week reflection and feedback form
